Angostura
Developed as a tonic by German surgeon in 1824, Angostura's recipe remains a closely guarded familial secret. In fact, only one person knows the full recipe at any given time. The brand's roots trace back to Venezuela, with a move to Trinidad in 1875. Their iconic label bears a Vienna World's Fair medal from 1873.
