During her time at Hearst Media, she launched their branded content division, HDM Studios, where she directed native content strategy for all 31 publications and hundreds of their advertisers, including Kettle One and Belvedere.

Prior to his consultancy work, he was the Vice President of Design at The Wall Street Journal for over 7 years.

Thurman is a California-born, Australian-based Brand and Innovation specialist with over 12 years of experience in the beverage industry across brand development, strategy and product development. He has worked with companies across the globe, including Absolut, Kahlua, Malibu, Our Vodka, CAPI, and his own rum brand Ron Colon.
