Moscow Mule

This recipe offers an all-Australian alternative to the classic by using Archie Rose Fundamental Spirits True Cut Vodka and CAPI Spicy Ginger Beer.

Many of the world’s finest vodkas are distilled far away from the Moskva River. And when it comes to perfecting the sweet, spicy and strong combination that one should expect from a Moscow Mule, this all-Australian concoction has it nailed. Pair the smooth and slightly sweet notes of Archie Rose Fundamental Spirits True Cut Vodka with the crisp and zesty hit of CAPI Spicy Ginger Beer and you get an iconic Moscow Mule that’s, well, definitely not from Moscow, mate.

Ingredients

45ml Vodka
15ml Lime Juice
120ml Ginger Beer

Method

In a collins glass add vodka and lime juice. Add ice and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and 6 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
