Pegu Club

Here’s a cocktail that is not only refreshing, but also fascinating - the gin forward Pegu Club. Also a great way to use any orange curacao you might have languishing in your home bar.

The Pegu Club is a little-known classic with a fantastic backstory, perfect for those times you want to drop some knowledge on your friends. The story goes that this cocktail was invented in a Burmese Cocktail Lounge in Rangoon to help British Army Officers beat the heat.
