We partnered with Oatly to make the greatest oat milk cocktail of all time.
In partnership with our friends at Oatly, we were tasked with making the perfect cocktail for the holiday season, using Oatly Barista Edition.
Challenge accepted.
We’ve created possibly the greatest oat milk cocktail of all time: The G.O.A.T. Slide. A delicious riff on the classic Mudslide, that we’ve made even better with Oatly Barista Edition. This layered glass of perfection is not only easy to make, but there will be a delicious spoon of infused hazelnut spread waiting for you at the bottom of every glass. Follow the recipe below to create this contemporary holiday classic.
Ingredients
45mL coconut rum
45mL coffee liqueur
45mL Oatly Barista Edition
Vegan dark chocolate for garnish
1 Tablespoon vegan chocolate hazelnut spread for garnish
Method
Add a tablespoon of vegan chocolate hazelnut spread to the bottom of a cocktail glass and store in freezer for at least 1 hour before serving
Pour the coconut rum, coffee liqueur and Oatly Barista Edition into a mixing shaker
Add ice and shake for 15 seconds
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with vegan hazelnut chocolate spread
Shave vegan dark chocolate to garnish
