Working with our friends at Starward, we set out to create the perfect summer (whisky) cocktail. And we think we’ve done it—say hello to the Paradiso.

Think Piña colada meets Banana daiquiri — with a twist. Instead of rum, we’re swapping in our favorite go-to summer spirit — Starward Two-Fold Whisky. That’s right, not rum, whisky.

The Two-Fold features notes of vanilla, tropical fruit and toasted oak — all of which pair perfectly with the banana, pineapple and lime.

We were fortunate enough to have opportunity to create this delicious cocktail on location at Johnny’s Greenroom, the renowned Carlton rooftop bar—thanks for having us! Tune-in to see Thurman create this summer delight that absolutely screams ‘summer’ from the top of the palm tree.

Ingredients

45mL Starward Two-Fold Whisky
30mL Pineapple Juice
10mL Lime Juice
Frozen Banana (Half)
Cherry & lime Wheel for garnish

Method

Add the Whisky, pineapple juice, lime juice and frozen banana into blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into your favourite summer glass and garnish with lime wheel & cherry
