Mixing Glass, Jigger, Bar Spoon, Strainer, Fruit Peeler

Ingredients

60ml Gin or Vodka
30ml Dry Vermouth

Method

In a mixing glass add gin or vodka and dry vermouth. Add ice and stir for approximately 12 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass or cocktail coupe and garnish with a lemon twist or olives.
