50/50 Martini

Try a 50/50 Martini and you’ll discover a new, rich, velvety texture to the classic Martini you thought you knew.

A certain secret agent may have made the martini famous. But it’s your friendly neighbourhood bartender who knows the best way to drink it. The favoured method of bartenders everywhere, this mix is heavier than a wet martini, thanks to a fifty-fifty split that elevates the vermouth from background player to co-star alongside the gin. Drink it as cold as possible and you’ll soon discover a new, rich, velvety texture to the martini you thought you knew.
