Americano

The classic Americano calls for Campari, sweet vermouth and soda water. We like to lean into local ingredients instead like Maidenii Sweet Vermouth, Marionette Bitter Curacao and CAPI Soda Water in a remix we call the Australiano.

When it comes to bagels and hotdogs we’ll admit that Americans have got us beat. But when it comes to the classic cocktail, the Americano, the Australiano beats it every time. The classic calls for Campari, sweet vermouth and soda water, while the Australiano takes the same recipe but with 100% local products. We love to use Maidenii Sweet Vermouth, Marionette Bitter Curacao and CAPI Soda Water.
