Tom Collins

Meet the perfectly simple yet entirely glugable, Tom Collins. All you need is a bit of gin, a dash of sugar and a squeeze of lemon with a few bubbles from soda water.

Things can get complicated quickly in the cocktail world, which is why many of us with well-stocked home bars often make the same two drinks. The Tom Collins is a great example of a simple drink, often overlooked, that can reignite your passion for mixing things up. So next time you’re tempted to give up and make a Gin and Tonic, give this a go instead.
