Mezcal y Cerveza
This is a riff on the Boilermaker, calling instead for mezcal and a crispy Mexican lager.
This is one of our favourite drinks, though some might say it’s a stretch to call it a cocktail given that the beer is served on the side. This is a riff on the Boilermaker, swapping out the whiskey for mezcal and opting for a crispy Mexican lager. We reach for Modello, but any beloved beer will do.

Ingredients
1 Ice Cold Mexican Lager
30ml Mezcal
Method
Pour mezcal into a shot glass and serve with an ice cold Mexican Lager. Garnish with a lime wedge.
