Mezcal Negroni

Mixing Glass, Jigger, Bar Spoon, Strainer, Fruit Peeler

Ingredients

30ml Mezcal
30ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml Campari or Australian Bitter Orange Aperitif

Method

In a mixing glass add mezcal, sweet vermouth and Campari. Add ice and stir for approximately 12 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with an orange twist.
