Clam Bar Sydney

Want to feel like Frank Sinatra? This is the place for you. Clam Bar has created a space where every guest feels like a star. it’s one of those places where, once you sit down at your table, you question where in the world you are. Are you in Sydney? New York? London? or Maybe Milan? It doesn’t really matter because you are somewhere special. Splash some cash and pair their incredible house martini served perfectly chilled with some Caviar or a Seafood Tower, or if that's not for you, their cheeseburger with a Martini is a “chef's kiss”.

Iceberg’s Dining Room and Bar

Yes, it's on everyone's list. Yes, it's always pumping. Yes, the crowd can be full of tourists. It sounds like we are telling you not to go there. This is not the case. Usually, these traits would send us running, but for Icebergs, nothing can stop us. For over 20 years, Icebergs have been serving killer Martinis with perhaps the best view of any restaurant we have ever seen.

10 Williams St

Ever had a business lunch? Not sure what that is? Let's just call it a Martini lunch. Well, if it sounds enticing, we have the perfect formula: Book a spot for one or two and request a window seat. Then, order a Martini and a house-made pretzel with whipped bottarga, followed by pasta and a tiramisu. We reckon it's one of the best business lunches anywhere on the planet.

Alberto’s Lounge

Looking to impress a date or just need a nightcap martini? Look no further than Alberto’s Lounge. The team behind Swill House venues are the absolute kings of vibe; if you think that is a lofty statement, just pick up the latest issue of their publication of Swill House Magazine for a taste. For us what makes it special is all of the details, the lighting at just the right amount of dim, somehow always the perfect playlist, Big Lebowski posters from Italy and an amazing staff that can whip up a killer Martini.

Bar Planet

A Martini bar that describes itself as a great vibrant, alive, weird, delicious Martini bar. If this doesn't ooze of a bar where time moves differently, we do not know what does. As part of the famed Mucho hospitality group, Bar Planet does for Martinis what Tio’s does for Margaritas, Ok Cantina does for Agave Spirits, and Cliff Dive does for Tiki drinks. Start your interstellar journey with a mouthful of Martini, and then let it flow from there.

Dulcie's Kings Cross

One of our favourite hidden spots amongst the chaos of King’s Cross. We love walking down the stairs and entering what feels like a step back in time to a London basement haunt. Whilst we love the vibe, the top reason this makes the list is that Dulcie's is one of the very few bars that serve up Australian spirits only. Their range is extensive, and their staff are incredibly skilled, so you're guaranteed one of the best all-Australian Martinis in the country.
