French 75

We prefer the French 75 made the classic way, passing on the gin in favour of cognac, and we think you will too.

If you ask for a French 75 these days, you’ll be handed a gin forward cocktail. And while we enjoy this contemporary take on the classic, if it came down to it we’d give our vote to cognac over gin. This is a great drink for those of us non-sparkling wine drinkers who have been gifted bottles and convinced they’d go to waste.
