Jean Paul

Having embarked on his winemaking journey in 2007, the Burgundy-born vintner initially found himself hand-picking grapes before swiftly transitioning to the winery. Fuelled by his passion, he pursued winemaking studies in France, later gaining invaluable experience in Germany, Spain, Chile, South Africa, and Australia. He now crafts his own small-batch wines and vermouth with minimal intervention and a commitment to natural winemaking.
