Applewood spirits are made in Peramangk country, home to some of the oldest minerals on earth. This has inspired the distillery to not only keep their ingredients sourced close to home, but to ensure their production methods are as sustainable and environmentally responsible as possible. This includes a “closed loop” system—a method of recycling and repurposing waste products from the distillation process.
