The potatoes that make the cut, are selected for their high starch content, giving this high-ly awarded vodka, its smoothness. This is a great example of a potato vodka, which (unsurprisingly) tastes more earthy than its grain counterparts.
Why we love it
Three words: Dry Vodka Martini. Chopin's potato vodka is hands down our favourite vodka for martinis. Its clean, smooth finish and remarkable mouthfeel play nicely with a twist of lemon or, our personal preference, a blue cheese-stuffed olive.
