Tasting notes

In addition to Tanqueray’s 4 mainstays of juniper, angelica, coriander and liquorice, Tanqueray 10’s botanical mix also includes grapefruit, orange, lime and chamomile flowers. You won’t be surprised then that the flavour in this small batch gin is heavy on the citrus, in particular pink grapefruit.

Why we love it

When it comes to big global spirits brands, "small batch" rarely applies. But Tanqueray breaks the mould with Tanqueray 10 named after the still from which it comes (adorably named, "Tiny 10"). We respect how they blend their extensive spirits knowledge with the meticulousness of small-batch production, resulting in a delicious gin. And here's the kicker—they use fresh whole citrus fruits in the distillation, giving it a juicy and bold flavour that's perfect for mixing.

About Tanqueray

Tanqueray Gin’s legacy dates back over 180 years. It began with Charles Tanqueray's vision to create the finest gin which led to the development of their signature botanical mix and a meticulous four-step distillation process. What sets Tanqueray apart is its commitment to tradition, using the same four botanicals that Charles selected back in the day: juniper, angelica root, liquorice, and coriander seeds.
