Dry and a little salty, this vermouth counts chamomile, coriander and bitter oranges amongst its 20 botanicals. Not too dissimilar to a crisp green apple.

Why we love it

Whilst we spend a lot of time raving about our great local vermouths we must tip our hat to the fine folks from Noilly Pratt. The french know a thing or two about the magic of dry vermouth and Noilly Pratt can trace their heritage back to 1813. If you’re choosing international dry vermouth for your cocktails we suggest Noilly Pratt.

About Noilly Pratt

Noilly Pratt was the first French vermouth ever created back in 1813. The process remains the same as it did back in the 1850s and uses the same white grape varieties grown in the Marseillan area of France, because why mess with perfection?
