This takes the typical caramel flavours you find in most whiskeys and adds a little toasty crunch, making it more like your favorite granola than a creme brulee. You’ll notice some subtler tastes here too, like wattleseed, chocolate and dried apricots.

Across various sustainable production practices and product initiatives (like their Better Gin, which donates a portion of profits), 78 Degrees lives up to its mantra, “Crafted for Better”.
Founder Sacha La Forgia, has quite literally lived up to his name, hand forging 78 Degrees’ copper still back in 2015. Named for the temperature that they extract all their botanicals (which is lower than most other distilleries), 78 Degrees has grown equally well-known for their whiskey as they are for their gin.
