Situated at Mount Pelee's foot, Rhum J.M. benefits from nutrient-rich volcanic soil, perfect for cultivating sugar cane. J.M. upholds Martinique's traditional rhum agricole methods, passed through generations, and their distinctive copper Creole columns are the heart of that process. The distillery also burns part of each barrel in-house, in order to create a consistent flavour.
